Returns
We want you to be satisfied. Unopened, unused supplies in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping. Contact us first for a return authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened inks, powders, and film (for quality/safety reasons).
- Custom DTF gang sheets and custom transfers (made to your artwork — non-refundable unless defective).
- Downloadable software.
Printers & Equipment
Printers are covered by a 1-year warranty (including printheads, per warranty terms). Returns of large equipment may be subject to freight costs and a restocking fee. Contact us to resolve any issue — we’re here to help.
Damaged or Defective
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund).
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
