Hot-melt adhesive powder is what bonds your printed design to the fabric. Get it right and your prints last for years; get it wrong and they crack or peel.
Applying the powder
While the ink is still wet, coat the print evenly with Ultra Melt Smooth Powder, then tap off the excess. Even coverage means an even, durable bond.
Curing
Cure the powder until it fully melts and turns glossy — typically around 320°F for 2–3 minutes in a curing oven, or with a hover press. Under-curing causes wash-out; over-curing can scorch.
Pressing to the garment
Press the cured transfer at the recommended time, temperature, and pressure, then peel. The result is a soft, stretchable, wash-resistant print. Shop DTF powder →
